Yaffa Media/Great Magazines auto-renewal recurring subscription terms and conditions

By authorising this, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and accept, the following terms and conditions of Yaffa Media’s credit/debit card and direct debit auto-renewed recurring subscription service. We will not proceed with your subscription transaction without your authorisation.

This service is only available to customers with a Great Magazines account.

You acknowledge that the credit/debit card account or the direct debit bank account you are using for this purchase is yours, or that you have authority to use it, and that it is not fraudulently obtained. You also acknowledge that all the details you have provided to establish your Great Magazines account are accurate, and are either yours, or you have authority to use them, and they aren’t fraudulently obtained or used.

You give Yaffa Media authorisation to charge your nominated credit/debit card account or direct debit bank account regular amounts, in regular instalments, as set out in the terms of the subscription you are purchasing, until you request it to be stopped, or your card or account expires.

You may voluntarily stop your subscription at any time by providing Yaffa Media’s customer service department (subscriptions@yaffa.com.au) with written notice.

If you nominate to stop your subscription within its first year, you will be refunded any credit owing for any unfulfilled portion of your subscription, minus the cost of any free gifts you received with the subscription, if applicable. If you nominate to stop your subscription after the first year, you will be refunded any credit owing for any unfulfilled portion of your subscription. Refunds will be made to the nominated credit/debit or bank account used to establish your auto-renewed recurring subscription service.

From time-to-time, due to greater commercial or economic influences, Yaffa Media may be required to reasonably increase the cost of your recurring subscription. In such an event you will receive reasonable advanced notice of these changes and have the opportunity to cease your recurring subscription.

From time-to-time, other aspects of this agreement may change. In such an event you will receive reasonable advanced notice of these changes and have the opportunity to cease your recurring subscription.

The most up-to-date version of these terms and conditions will always be made available on the Great Magazines website.

Your nominated account will not be charged for anything other than the subscription products you are currently purchasing, and your financial and/or personal details will not be provided to anyone or any organisation outside of Yaffa Media and its financial institution partners for any purposes other than to process this recurring subscription.

We reserve the right to cancel your auto-renewed recurring subscription at any time, and in doing so will refund any credit owing for any unfulfilled portion of your subscription, as per above, to the nominated credit/debit or bank account used to establish your auto-renewed recurring subscription service.
